Orders & Payment
- Order Placement: Once you place an order with Best Cocopeat ("We"), full payment is required before the order is shipped.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay to ensure secure and convenient transactions.
- Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, we will send an invoice for payment through PayPal. Shipping will commence upon receipt of full payment.
- Shipping: We aim to ship your packages quickly and cost-effectively using UPS and USPS as our primary carriers.
Return Policy
- Condition of Returns: All returns must be received in the same condition as they were shipped. Items altered in any way (cut, turned, planed, damaged, or stained) will not be accepted.
- Notification: If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 5 business days after receipt of your material. Contact us to arrange a return within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can request a full refund on returned merchandise or seek a credit for a future purchase.
