Cocopeat is also capable of retaining water for a long time, which means that it can help to prevent the soil from drying out too quickly. LOWEST EC LEVEL - is desirable for growing plants because it means that the growing medium is less likely to contain harmful levels of salts and minerals that can damage plant roots. ECO-FRIENDLY & SUSTAINABLE - Coir is made of coarse fibers extracted from the husk on the outer shell of coconuts. It is a 100% natural by-product of harvesting coconut that used to be disposed of until its benefits were discovered, thus making it both eco-friendly and sustainable.
